Acne Treatment - Natural Homeopathic Remedy:

Recently, I've received a good deal of feedback on the Acne Remedy I developed about eight weeks ago. Thought I'd share some reponses with you:

"Can't believe my skin clearing..and over the Christmas season. At first, it broke out a bit more..but you said that would happen...now almost all the blemishes are gone! Thank you SO much!" Sandy T, Jupiter, FL.

I've chosen these comments to illustrate some of the effects that can occur with the Acne Remedy It is a homeopathic and as such can very well seem to 'worsen' things before making them better. Perfectly normal.

Also, as in the case of Sherry's note, if the skin clears, stop using it and wait until needed again. Continue with the daily products to maintain quality acne skin care, whether you're using the Correctoderm or Cucumber Lines.

Colds and Flu in Children - Natural Treatment:

Firstly, I have to say, that I couldn't be more emphatic about the positive results I see with the Homeopathic Flu Programme. As I outline in this page - Flu Prevention..by the time a child or adult has taken the programme for 2-3 years, they just don't get sick anymore..or if they do, it's extremely mild.

There are times, however, for those who are not taking the programme or those new to it, when cold/flu remedies are going to be needed. So allow me to outline some of the ones I always have on hand:

If you are just starting something..a little scratch at the back of the throat..not really ill yet..or you see your child slow down, act a little listless but not quite "sick" then Ferrum Phos 30C is a remedy which when taken one dose every 15 to 20 minutes for four doses..can often abort the whole cold.

For that very sore throat or sharp pains in the lungs on breathing that you experience with a chest cold..Bryonia works very well.

For those aches and pains felt with cold and flu..Eupatorium is amazing.

That overall dull, achy, body feels like lead feeling...think of Gelsemium

For fever..Belladonna is great..particularly when the patient is red in the face, really hot and feels worse by moving. They often have "pounding" symptoms..i.e. headache.

For the tickling cough particularly at night..that wakes you up..Rumex Crispus

The rattling cough..which sounds like it's full of mucous.. Calcarea Carbonica

Or for the coughs that kids get...that seem to go on forever..Drosera

All of these can be taken in a gentle way..in a 30C...give a dose every 15 minutes for four doses and then watch. If they get a little better, then reduce the dosing to twice per day.
