Install Instructions:

When you have this downloaded...go to the place on your C:\ drive where it was put (likely your "My Downloads" folder) and find the icon which has two little computers...it will say http://downloads.desktopsubscriber.com/reader/win/41/90 for Windows computers and http://downloads.desktopsubscriber.com/reader/mac/41/90 for Mac's.....your computer will start working and then you will see the little family down by your clock (lower right edge of your computer screen)....and then you'll know the program is installed.

If you right click the family...the options menu comes up...here you check for new messages..re-read old messages or change your personal settings.

Now...don't worry about this little program taking up much room in your system...this program only goes out to check for new messages every once in a while..that's it. The messages are stored at our end. (Remember, you have to be on-line to retrieve new messages.)

First click the PayPal button to subscribe..you don't pay for 7 days..and can cancel at anytime

Once we receive notification from PayPal that you have subscribed..you will be sent the link to download the Health Tips programme.

Just download and then follow the "Install" instructions.

In the case of this programme, a little globe will be seen in the bottom right task bar and that will change to a pile of books when I've sent you a new tip or message. Just click on the books to read the new message.
